is there a command to show IPV6 advertised routes? If I run
show ip bgp neighbors X:X:X:X:X advertised-routes
it doesn’t return any information, although I am fairly sure it is working as we have connectivity
sorry, was being an idiot. this did the trick
show ipv6 bgp neighbors h:h:h:h:h advertised-routes

I have the same behavior on a vyatta system (not yet migrated to vyos)
Does it still happens with the latest VyOs version ?
If so you may open a bug report at : http://bugzilla.vyos.net/buglist.cgi?component=BGP&product=VyOS&resolution=---
show ipv6 bgp neighbors h:h:h:h:h advertised-routes (note the ipv6)
Works on 1.0.4
