My ISP does provide IPv6 but no PD. I am wondering how to propagate IPv6 to the network. NAT6? Or DHCP relay. If relay, how to I find out the DHCP source address?

Use NAT66 for your case. You need to know your ISP’s DHCPv6 server settings to configure DHCPv6-relay.
