Is it possible to configure VPN based on IPSec with IKEv2 for mobile clients (i.e. with dynamic IP's) on VyOS 1.1.8?

Hello all!

I was wondering if it is possible to configure VyOS 1.1.8 to provide VPN for mobile clients (i.e. with dynamic IP, and running iOS or Android) by using IKEv2?

I see that the documentation mentions mainly site-to-site (with static IP’s) VPN’s based on IPSec, but no mention about dynamic IP’s.
