I just upgraded from 1.1.8 to 1.3 and when I rebooted I had no configuration. I then manually configured my interfaces, saved the config and rebooted and the config was gone on reboot. I looked on the filesystem and there is no /config directory at all. Other then that 1.3-rooling is working fine.
Hi @sipvoip, I think this is a known issue when the system was installed with the command install system instead of install image.
I recommend reinstall VyOS properly.
