Vyos in vmware, the vmxnet driver not support hot plugin?

when i plan to delete a nic which driver is vmxnet, it reported a error:
The client operating system does not respond to a hot removal request from ethernet0.

1.1.7 is extremely old and no longer supported. You’d be much better off to try with a 1.3 rolling release and see if that addresses your problem. The kernel will be much more up to date and hopefully will support what you’re after.

Yes, but there are some vms which version is 1.1.7 or lower that require this functionality

I’m don’t think you’ll have any other choice than to upgrade those VMs I’m afraid.
