I’m an embedded engineer by trade mostly working on Linux based IoT devices. I’m from Santa Cruz California and surf and mountain bike when I’m not doing tech based activites (although playing and hacking with technology is also a hobby of mine).

I got interested in Vyos having had Ubiquiti Edge routers and (1) getting tired of lack of support and (2) finally having my main router die. I Also like that Vyos is CLI based and built on Linux.
