The latest rolling build (vyos-1.5-rolling-202501060800) is missing the vmware tools package, so if deployed on vmware, guest actions are not available.
Also I’ve noticed, the latest rolling image size is >500MB, so trying updating to this version won’t fit into ramdisk amd fail. On 1GB RAM deployment the tmp ramdisk is of size ~490M, this can be solved by remounting the ramdisk with bigger size, but imho either minimal requirements should be updated, or default ramdisk size changed.
