using vyos 1.4 on vmware as a vm, if i add a second vnic, is named:
e3, not eth2…any clue?
and btw, why i cannot see eth0?
What does show interfaces output?
This sounds like an issue with the way your Hypervisor is presenting the hardware through to Vyos.
