BGP sessions with non mikrotik devices not coming up

I tried upgrading from 1.2.7 to 1.3 rc4 but found that BGP sessions with non mikrotik devices wouldn’t get established. Everything works fine with 1.2.7. Also these BGP tunnels are over GRE tunnel.

@mafiosa Try to set TTL for tunnels.

set interfaces tunnel tunX parameters ip ttl 64
