BGP Vyos 1.3 - Traffic Down every 45 seconds

Dear All,

I am new to vyos, and recently I am installing version 1.3 for my BGP and in bandwith monitor I check traffic down every 45 seconds.

Please anyone have same expirience and how to solve.
