Bond0 Errors rx_csum_bad.nic: 906

Hi,

I’ve got errors on the bond0 Interface

NIC Driver is:

ethtool -I eth4

driver: ice

version: 6.6.49-amd64-vyos

bond0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,MASTER,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 9000 qdisc noqueue state UP group default qlen 1000

RX: bytes packets errors dropped overrun mcast
984475276 5945997 1844 6796 0 218653

looking at the physical interfaces from this bond ( eth4 and eth5 ) we get:
for them
for eth4:

rx_csum_bad.nic: 935
for eth5:
rx_csum_bad.nic: 909

the sum from both is the error count. Is this a known bug?

Which VyOS version/build?

Also if you disable bond and run each interface on its own - still errors?

If so then try changing cable or changing opposite interface.

It’s VyOS 1.4.0

Both switches doesn’t show / count any erros on their ports. I’ll delete the bond and check with single interfaces.
