With the Stream 2025.11 release, a source tarball is also provided.
Are there instructions anywhere for building an iso from this source tarball?
Or is there another reason that the source tarball is provided?
While I haven’t looked at the tarball in question, doesn’t it include the same build scripts etc. that you get for building rolling releases?
If so, can’t you use the documentation below to build it? I’ve only ever built rolling releases myself, so I haven’t checked. 
If not, it could also simply be for compliance with the GPL license which requires that the source code be provided (at least on request) to everyone who has legitimately received the compiled image.
