What I clearly see from those screenshots is - Only Syn packets are being received to the appliance or device however no ack or syn-ack is going out. you sure you have routes present for system from where you take ssh?
May be ip r g <IPADDRESS_FROM_WHERE_SSH_IS_NEEDED> would show

You’re essentially begging volunteers to fix your problem for you.
See - troubleshooting such issues through screenshot is really difficult. May be send us pcap file privately or we may need test connection from another IP addresses to check the reachability. else as suggested by @pirateghost you may have to consider paid support.
