Design Changes to the VyOS Community Forum

Hello VyOS Community Members!

We are excited to announce some changes to the design of the VyOS Community Forum website. We will be implementing a few minor design changes to the VyOS Community Forum that will improve the overall user experience and make it easier to navigate the site.

One of the changes we will be making is a new color scheme that is consistent with the VyOS branding guidelines. This will help create a cohesive look and feel across all of our web properties, making it easier for users to identify and engage with our brand.

We will also be introducing a new header banner with links to other VyOS sites, such as our documentation, developer portal, and knowledge base. This will help users to quickly access the information they need, without having to navigate through multiple pages.

We will be adding a “Top Contributors” leaderboard to the topic page. This will recognize the users who have contributed the most to the community.

In addition, we will add a footer to the website to be consistent with the main VyOS website. This will provide a unified look and feel, and make it easier for users to navigate between VyOS sites.

Finally, we will introduce a new breadcrumb dropdown that allows users to filter a list of unanswered and answered topics. This will help users to quickly find the information they need, and reduce the time spent searching for answers.

We will deploy these changes today, Friday, March 17th at 10:00 PM PDT, and we welcome your feedback. You may need to clear your browser cache. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.

Thank you for being a part of the VyOS community.

Best regards,
Joe
