Doesn't the EULA contradict the GNU GPL? Is VyOS Stream publicly available?

I took a look at the latest release notes and have a few questions about the license. Why the LTS package source code is no longer publicly available has already been mentioned in several posts. Now, however, it seems that the LTS source code has also been removed from GitHub. Which source code is this exactly? And why is this happening? (Did I miss something?)

Furthermore, there is now an EULA Assuming I have access to the LTS image and request the source code. Then I should be able to redistribute the source code according to GNU GPL. Doesn’t this contradict the EULA?

In a previous blog post there was talk about VyOS Stream, will this also only be available with a subscription or will it be public?
