Educational Subscription Application

Dear VyOS Team,

We are an austrian it company who does the it infrastructure for ~20 Austrian schools.
At the moment we use VyOS 1.1.8 but we would like to upgrade to 1.2.x soon.
We applied for an educational subscription a month ago, but we did not receive any answer since then.
Could you please check what went wrong with our application.
