Hi,
please I need your help as I’m new to world of self made routers. I’ve just installed VyOs on my minipc. I’ve successfully configured the ethernet ports.
Could you suggest me a basic and secure for home lab configuration firewall rules ?

I d’d like to know if it is necessary SPI config and with which option.
By default is my lan protected from outside attack ?

You would normally want to configure a state policy. And as long as you configure a firewall that has a default drop action that is assigned to your WAN then you are protected from outside attack.
