We are currently using vyatta community edition firewall in ha using vrrp the same is configured in vmware setup and used vmware tool , we use vixapi to manage the firewalls and currenlty in process of migrating the same to vyos, recently we have observed that while trying to enter a firewall rule using the vixapi, both firewalls got rebooted.
Here both of them are in different hots and we dont see any logs in the firewall like kernel panic/memory issues / cpu issues etc.
what would have been the likely possibility for both of them to be rebooted.
