Have a question about VyOS 1.2.x

After vyos 1.1.8 is successfully connected with vyos 1.1.8 server, the vyos client router can ping the intranet address of the service. The host behind the client can ping different remote vyos server network, which is unreachable. Thank you for your answer%E6%8D%95%E8%8E%B735 %E6%8D%95%E8%8E%B72 %E6%8D%95%E8%8E%B77

Hi,

1.1.8 is EOL and not supported anymore, please try 1.2. The other thing I don’t understand is:

The host behind the client can ping different remote vyos server network, which is unreachable.

Who is the behind a client? If you can provide a network diagram to clarify the issue you are seeing, would be really helpful.

set nat source rule 11 outbound-interface ‘vtun0’
set nat source rule 11 source address ‘172.16.11.1-172.16.16.254’
set nat source rule 11 translation address ‘masquerade’
set protocols static route 192.168.1.0/24 next-hop 172.16.254.3 distance ‘5’

Thank you! Finally, after NAT, the client behind the router can access the service terminal subnet
