I don’t see the Host name of the Vyos box in the network when I use a net scan soft as Angry ip scanner or Advanced ip scanner.

You need to create a zone for the PTR-record(s) in your authoritive DNS-servers.

VyOS supports containers so you could install a DNS-server locally in your VyOS however I personally wouldnt do that. I prefer to have services being runned on dedicated hardware (virtualized or not) rather than within my routers/firewalls.
