Is cluster still possible on 1.4?

I am not sure if cluster command is possible in vyos 1.3 or 1.4? If I need to configure cluster can I configure it on 1.4?

I see - but in that case I believe failing over IPsec addresses to other box will not be possible same with BGP?
What are other alternatives then? configure Bond?

We use VRRP instead of cluster
All cluster configs were migrated to VRRP

I see but if I am using VPN as a overlay and then BGP with it wondering how do I achieve failover? Would you please guide?
