I wanted to say thank you for giving my PC Engines APU a new life! I’ve been a die hard pfSense guy for years til I got a gigabit fibre line which my APU didn’t handle very well. In real numbers with NAT and FW rules (apart from iperf), pfSense 2.2.5: ~50MB/s without fast forwarding, ~70MB/s with. That wasn’t very satisfying so I tried vyos: ~110MB/s yeah! I know this box has shitty realteks but the linux drivers or netfilter vs PF stack just seem better for this box. Last thing missing is openssl >1.0.1 for AES-NI though
