Although VyOS supports BFD for detecting failure, I cannot find any information about BFD in VyOS which can be used for measuring loss, delay, and jitter. Does the VyOS team have any plan for supporting it in the future or it is possible?
I would appreciate any answer.

Thank you for your reply. As far as know, it is not been mentioned in its documents, so I think, Frrouting does not support it. I believe If we understand what happened the behind scene of BFD in FRR, it would be possible to deploy it in the future.
