You can setup two ipsec S2S tunnels using VTI, and use OSPF equal cost load balancing.
Another option is wan-load-balancing in VyOS (for default route LB).

I have a patch from An Nguyen that allows that. See 510 Software Group (vyatta-cfg-system.git.patch).

I hope to get that into a future Vyos release.
