New isp with ipv6 and pppoe - best to use v1.3 rolling release?

Hi,
I have a quite stable VyOS 1.2.X setup on my home gateway.

But I just changed ISPs to one that provides dual stack ipv6 “/56 IPv6 prefix via DHCPv6 Prefix Delegation” via pppoe
Before I go too far trying to get this working should I jump to the rolling 1.3 release to get more up to date features?

To answer my own question… YES, the ipv6 additional features for ppoe added in the recent 1.3 rolling release were needed to get it working!
