Operation Not permitted

I recently configure BGP over vyos.
Live traffic is around 6 Gig.
suddenly traffic goes down to 2 Gig around and when i use any command like traceroute or ping it is showing Operation not permitted even when i ping itself and packet drop start in whole network.
after reboot everything works fine.

it is happening every alternate day on random time

no we are not using any VPN.
firewall all-ping enable
