Order of Operation of 1.1.6 vs 1.4.x, are they behave same

Hi Team,

Can some one tell me the order of Operation vyos 1.1.6 and 1.4.x ?

Order of Operation : which Chuck e.g Firewall rules, SNAT or DNAT etc come first and second and so on when packet is entering or leaving the vyos mentioned versions.

And how i can test this?
