OSPF authentication

Is it possible to perform OSPF authentication, so I can join my Cisco OSPF area, which uses MD5 authentication?

I haven’t used authentication with OSPF, but it looks like it’s possible.

In protocols->ospf->area, you can set the type, you wish. ( plaintext|md5 )
Then in interface configuration you can configure the md5 key on the interface facing the Cisco box.

vyos is a fork of vyatta. So if you can find the docs for vyatta, then you have most of it.
