I’ve noticed a small loss of packages on vyos, I’ve done several tests and I don’t know why.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

It would be very helpful to provide:
Version of Vyos
Vyos Setup (Virtualised/Bare Metal)
NICs used
Configuration of NICs
Any relevant configuration
What sort of Interface the traffic is passing over (Etherent/OpenVPN/IPSEC/Wireguard)
What/where you’re pinging
How you’ve pinpointed the loss to Vyos and not some other device in the chain
I use Vyos 1.2.8 at home (virtualised) and I don’t see any packet loss when I run tests to my ISP or to devices on my LAN.

Hi, thank for your reply.
4.19.195-amd64-vyos
Bare Metal Server HP DL360p G8
it seems to me that the problem is the same as this one
I made a little lab environment for testing to see if it might be a hypervisor problem, and it’s not.
no TX drops when I replace my VyOS router with a CentOS router running kernel 4.18 or 5.6
I also tried with a PFsense router and also no packet loss no TX drops… It seems like this issue only affects VYOS…
