Question about Copyright/Legacy Policy, Is Rolling Release can be used for a commercial usage ?

Hi @WebToor,

you can use the rolling image commercially. Depending on your you case you must obey the following (this is only short summary of GPL and may not be taken as any legal council):

  • If you only use it as a router that forwards packets for your business you’re good and do not need to worry
  • If you build a product on top of VyOS 1.4-rolling you must also distribute the source-code and open-source any modifications done
