Setting Grub boot option to 'Serial' by default?

Sorry for the slow reply.

I didn’t find a way of doing this through configuration.

However when install VyOS (from a USB drive) on the PC Engines hardware, it seemed to get it right, so I didn’t need to configure it explicitly…
