SSH hangs when running commands

I haven an issue where my SSH connection to my VyOS Router hangs when issuing the show command.
As long as I don’t kill the SSH session CPU utilisation rises somtimes to all 400%.

Has someone any idea what could be happening or where I could go from here to investigate?

Looks like the same thing happens when triggering shell completion in conf mode.
