Time Zones messed up somehow?

I just built a new ISO today. I cannot set the timezone. The location is missing. I can only set ‘America’, which doesn’t do anything. In my older build from a month ago, it let’s me set ‘America/Denver’. Now, there are no location’s available for tab completion after the main region. When I try and force it, I get this:

# set system time-zone America/Denver

  the timezone can't be found in the timezone list



  Invalid value
  Value validation failed
  Set failed

We are currently upgrading the base system to Debian Bookworm which can cause some temporary issues. We will dig into this one especially.
