The upgrade process is unable to check the image signature:

$ add system image http://packages.vyos.net/iso/release/1.1.7/vyos-1.1.7-amd64.iso

VC6.1-2010.10.16 and VyOS 1.1.4

Hello,
on VyOS somewhere at 1.1.5 or 1.1.6 key was changed,
so you just need to verify and accept image signature manually

On VC there were big changes between 6.4 and 6.5 so will advise you to use interim version upgrade - 6.4 - 6.5 - VyOS
