User with key-based auth missing from configuration after upgrade

Hi guys,

I’ve seen this issue across two different installs of older VyOS when upgrading to the latest rolling release.

Current version - 1.3-rolling-202005051136
New version - today’s rolling release

Any configuration option which is like so goes missing after the upgrade -

set system login user rancid authentication public-keys root@host key 'XXXXX'
set system login user rancid authentication public-keys root@host type 'ssh-rsa'

If I rollback, the configuration is there.

Any ideas?

Hi,
I try to reproduce this but it worked with the latest rolling, but i also have not such a “old” rolling.

can you try it again?
