Virtualization

Hi,

I’m new to virtualization. And I have a silly question. Is it possible to run multiple VyOS images on a single VM?

Thanks,
Greg.

Maybe I should ask this question in the Installation forum? Or maybe its too silly of a question?

Here’s the response I received from Brocade:

Yes it is possible to run multiple VyOS images on a single VM.

I would not recomend it though because of the hassle fo getting it set up and working and the performance hit from doing it that way. You would need to load a second vm program inside of the vm to spawn the multiple VyOS images.

Best Practice is one VM per VyOS.
