Hi,

How can I apply firewall rules on virtual interfaces in a dual vyos vrrp setup?

I applied my rules on the physical interfaces but traffic on virtual foating IP is unfiltered.

If you mean filtering traffic, to/from interfaces with addresses, managed by VRRP, then this must work.
Show, please, your configuration so we can investigate problem.
