Vyos 1.3.8 didn't support Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Ethernet Controller I226-V (rev 04)

I found that vyos 1.3.8 didn’t support Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Ethernet Controller I226-V (rev 04) network adapter. But vyos 1.4.1 supported.

Hi,

1.3 is deprecated. I doubt any new drivers will be added there.
