is there any information or link that vyos 1.4 (sagitta) has lts release? how i can get vyos 1.4 sagitta lts release?

1.4 is still in development. As of yet there has not been an announcement of a 1.4 LTS release. You can still get the latest nightly build of 1.4 from GitHub at Releases · vyos/vyos-rolling-nightly-builds · GitHub

I would expect it to show up in the blog once it gets released, just like VyOS 1.3.3 LTS did:
