Vyos openstack image does not work

I built a vyos openstack iso (based on the current branch as of yesterday of the vyos/vyos-build repo using ‘make openstack’), create the image in openstack, and launched an instance from the image. The vyos/vyos log in does not work (from the console), I cannot ping the instance (after adding a floating IP), and I cannot add a different user via the a #cloud-config. The instance log is below. While it appears that the interface is not coming up, I’m not able to login to verify/debug. Has the ‘openstack’ build been tested and how do I resolve this issue so that I can create an image usable in openstack?
