Which version shoud I choose and failed to build 1.3.2

I want to build iso, and there are several choices: current version, equuleus, or 1.3.2.

Which one should I choose?

I have tried to build equuleus, and it works. However I failed to build 1.3.2:

gpgv is already the newest version (2.2.12-1+deb10u2).
