I’m trying to build a sagitta image but it’s failing because it’s getting HTTP 403s when trying to pull from http://dev.packages.vyos.net/repositories/sagitta/dists/sagitta/InRelease

Opening http://dev.packages.vyos.net/repositories/sagitta/dists/sagitta/InRelease in my browser redirects me to https://sagitta-packages.vyos.net/ where I see a Cloudflare page saying I’ve been blocked.
I have absolutely no clue why I’d be blocked. I build an image maybe two times a year, I have no kind of automation that would pull from that URL, and I’m just on my residential network - nothing shared.
Could somebody shed some light here? Possibly a misconfiguration?
