Intel 82583V support gone in 1.2-rolling-201910050117

Sorry if this is a duplicate of the following from early this year.

Did support for Intel 82583V end up working again at any point between April and now? I tried an upgrade to today’s rolling release from 1.2.0-rolling+201902132231 and it wouldn’t migrate my config, due to it not detecting any NICs. (If I boot with factory config, it comes up, but sees only loopback; /proc/net/dev shows only lo.)

I’d like to upgrade so that I can get a working implementation of OpenVPN, but I’m not sure how to tell which rolling release will support this NIC type again.

Has support for intel 82583V been dropped?

Can you tell me which card holds this exact chipset?

I’m sorry but I’m not sure.

The device itself is a Protectli FW1 (four NIC) micro appliance. I looked around on their website to try to figure out what system board that they’re using, and from a picture of the board, it appears to be originally some kind of Yanling board, but I couldn’t find which exact one.

dmidecode just reports that the device is a Protectli FW1, and doesn’t mention Yanling at all. I realize that this is sort of a corner case, so I apologize if this is an unreasonable expectation. I’ve added the complete lspci and dmidecode output below. Let me know if there is any other information that would help.
